Nina Hollins, Owner and Manager of Owners’ Real Estate Services Inc. and Fill-A-Space LLC, based on the south side of Chicago in the Bronzeville community, is a 15-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Chicagoland area closing millions of dollars in real estate transactions. Nina has built a solid foundation and reputation as a closer, through her professionalism, attention to detail, thinking outside the box and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.
Nina studied Civil Engineering at Southern Illinois University obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering before pursuing her career in Real Estate. Passionate about establishing herself as an entrepreneur, building wealth on her own terms and empowering her community through real estate. Along the way, Nina did great things as a loan originator, an insurance professional, then finally finding her place in real estate sales and staging. Nina has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations using Real Estate to achieve the personal goals of those around her and personally.
In her free time, Nina takes every opportunity to stay active, be it boxing, roller-skating, stepping, or working out. Nina believes that health is truly wealth. Spending time with friends and family, sponsoring wealth-building events, and working towards both personal and professional goals are some of the things that keep Nina inspired and motivated. Remembering what her parents instilled in her as a young girl, to hard work, give back to her community, and stay true to oneself. Generating wealth through Real Estate is always the goal. Nina uses her real estate expertise and design capabilities to empower others using “short term rental” to create residual income and wealth.
